Every person I interacted with that this establishment courteous and professional. I was a little disappointed in the delayed/lack of communication on my maintenance. My car ended up staying for 2 days wh courteous and professional. I was a little disappointed in the delayed/lack of communication on my maintenance. My car ended up staying for 2 days when it was supposed to be one. I had to call to find out this was the status at the end of the workday (5:00PM). They were apologetic and kind about it, which was appreciated. More

My first experience with this dealership was good but the 2nd one was poor. I went in knowing what I wanted to do but ended up doing something that I really didn't want to. I felt this dealership was pushy, 2nd one was poor. I went in knowing what I wanted to do but ended up doing something that I really didn't want to. I felt this dealership was pushy, the vehicle wasn't ready for delivery, it was dirty and when we took it back to be cleaned it wasn't. They blamed it on being short staffed. Very unprofessional. Very displeased. Don't think I'll go back. Sorry More

The sales person, Tyler, was great. The dealership, not so much. Various people kept trying to sell me extra services and various warranties. I had to endure at least 3 different sales The dealership, not so much. Various people kept trying to sell me extra services and various warranties. I had to endure at least 3 different sales pitches and watch an entire video. The drivers side exterior door handle pulled off after 3 weeks of owning the car. They wanted almost 500 dollars to fix. I fixed it myself for 20 bucks. They called me so much, that I had to block the number. I also had to respond to various emails confirming insurance and finance. I paid cash. Not a pleasant experince at all. I do not recommend dealing with them. More
