They were too busy to sell me a car. Had a meeting at 3 pm for pickup of the new vehicle I was purchasing. Was told it would be a few minutes they’re just getting all the paperwork toget Had a meeting at 3 pm for pickup of the new vehicle I was purchasing. Was told it would be a few minutes they’re just getting all the paperwork together. After waiting over an hour for someone to give me an update, I hear two salesmen at the service desk saying the 4 pm customer is here and that they’re going to have to make the other customer wait (they said my name as if I wasn’t able to hear them talking about me.) after this, I told them I was the other customer and that I’d been waiting over an hour. They then told me they’re still finishing up the paperwork to make sure everything’s perfect. Then took the 4 pm person in. With a 3 pm pickup time, we weren’t seen until almost 5:30!!! While the 4 pm customer was in and out. Don’t plan on doing business here if you value your time. They certainly don’t value it. More
