DON’T DO IT! ! This dealership is in the business of screwing people. I purchased a vehicle that this dealership knew was beat on and defective to the tune of $15, ! They refused to pay for the repairs and have left me with this lemon. Trust me when I say……DON’T DO IT! Save yourself a major headache and go shop at their competitors!! Communication was great up until after the sale. Was told i could order a "GMC" gooseneck could be ordered and installed from the gmc website. I ordered and had shipped to store (not the selling dealer) they said they couldn't install because they do not cut holes in the bed. Attempted tk Contact the selling dealer Vision and got a run around for a little bit. Mike the salesman said he would come up with a resolution including me driving my truck 2 hours back to them to have it installed the next week. That was the last I heard of Mike on a Friday. By Tuesday I got ahold of the sales manager that had no resolution for this. I tried installing the kit that was pointed out by Mike in the app and it was not correct. For my bed length. Ended up ordering a B&W gooseneck and had to travel 3 hours to the only person that had one in the state so that I could get it installed in time for my move. I would rate Vision GMC 0 stars if it were allowed on this platform. More
