Took a while to identfy problem. I believe it took a while to identify the problem with my Avalon. The tech that was assigned to my vehicle was very young and appeared to not have a I believe it took a while to identify the problem with my Avalon. The tech that was assigned to my vehicle was very young and appeared to not have a lot of experience. The first couple of hours he worked on the vehicle he had no idea what the problem was. At some point either he or the master tech, which was giving him some help diagnosed the problem as a computer problem behind the dash. I don't know exactly what happened at that point, but I was told that it was only a loose ground wire. I'm not 100% sure of anything at this time. I just hope that the problem stays corrected. More

We entered the dealership and met Beth, who put us with Brian Jannette to show our selected Car. We steered away from the Yaris and Brian's continued pleasant smile and lack of pressure sales tactics went a long way to make the time well spent. We ended up buying a new Rave4 and Brian went the extra mile to assist in setting up our phones and explaining the complex computer assisted systems of new cars. He was always right on point with his help and continued work to obtain affordable payments for the new car. I will no doubt be back to visit Brian for further help on the systems...But I am assured he will provide all the help we might need. I highly recommend Brian and Village Dealership. More

I have always proceeded with a sense of suspicion and negative apprehension when in the market for a new car! However, the moment I walked into Village Toyota I knew this dealership was something very different! There was a welcoming atmosphere of professionalism, friendliness and, yes, everyone was happy! I was greeted by Sales Associate Keith Harris, who was not like any salesperson I have ever met! There was never so much as a moment of pressure throughout the entire time I was at the dealership! Not only was Keith professional and knowledgeable, but he went to great lengths to find the exact car for me! (He also stayed long after closing time to explain the vehicle operation in detail!! If that were not enough, the Finance Manager, Pablo Gomez, continued on with more excellent professionalism. He went the extra mile to answer any questions I had and made the paperwork part of the transaction a pleasure! I also have to mention Sales Manager Aaron Jandro as another member of the team who helped me that night! Now, if all this wasn't enough, I went back to the dealership the next day to thank Keith for the greatest car buying experience of my life, and wouldn't you know it, the General Sales Manager, Joe Petrillo, came down stairs to thank me for buying a car, too! This kind of treatment and professionalism made me feel like I was at home!
