So I will just say that your service dept. from beginning to end is the very best!! Phill met us at the service entrance and was/is a delight! He even went back out after our car was parked in the service parking lot and retrieved mu umbrella for me! David is alway a joy at the front desk and got us organized and on our way quickly. We left the car overnight, and when we picked it up it was the same attitude of welcome and professionalism. We had the car serviced for two trips we will be taking in July and October, so we are good to go! Thank you for your great service department! Pat and Bob Oldnettle More

Kudos to Scott (Service Manager) Only required 30K brake system flush and that was all that was done! I have always done my own vehicle maintenance including oil, all filter changes a Only required 30K brake system flush and that was all that was done! I have always done my own vehicle maintenance including oil, all filter changes and brake service since I started driving cars! Some maintenance items I am not currently equipped to perform and a brake system flush/fluid renewal is one of them. It was refreshing not to have any pressure for other system maintenance suggested such as throttle body decarbonization etc... that has been recommended/offered in the past at this dealership! Recommend Village for all your Toyota/Lexus maintenance anytime! Thank You Scott! More

I told them I could leave my Tacoma so they could work it in at their convenience which I did. As the end of the day was approaching, at 3PM I got a call from service advisor Debbie to let me know they had to order another tire and they were waiting for it to arrive. I very much appreciated the call, which alleviated my concern, and told her if need be, I could leave the truck overnight and to call when it was ready to be picked up. I got a call early the next morning tire change out complete. My Allstate insurance option that I picked up when I bought the vehicle at Village covered all cost. Satisfied customer! More

First ever Enjoyable Vehicle Purchase From entering the dealership and meeting Lou to leaving the next day with a new Toyota it was a truly pleasant, enjoyable transaction. We were welcomed at the door and asked our purpose of the visit. From there we were shown different vehicles in our interest area. All our questions were answered. Lou followed up our initial visit with phone calls to provide additional answers. On our second visit we test drove vehicles we had an interest in and our questions answered. Our current vehicle was assessed and the purchase process began. We had decided on the Toyota RAV4. Lou made the day pleasant with Marie lending to an enjoyable wait for the paperwork process including the offer of great Godiva chocolate, water and coffee. By days end we left feeling taken care of, our needs met, our future needs would be taken care of and we left trusting the dealership to care for our vehicle needs. As seniors nothing means more than being able to feel secure and cared about. Village Toyota Cadillac gave us that. Thank you. More
