Went to Village Toyota for our 5,000 mile service. Cheyenne Phelps, was the service writer that assisted us when we arrived to the dealership. Leased RAV 4 over the phone. Thanks Brian Jennette for his help closing the deal on the RAV 4. We dealt over the phone and through email to make the deal happen. My wife and I drove up from Sarasota to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle. Turned out I did have some concern with the final paperwork! Looking over the paperwork next morning, I noticed an almost $600.00 discrepancy in Residual Value between the Lease Agreement and the Lease Quote sheet I signed earlier in Brian's office prior to signing the Lease Agreement: Lease Quote $18,560 Lease Agreement $19,140 I understand that the residual value $ is important because the higher $ the lower $ the payment. Since it has been a long time since I leased a car; I am concerned these figures will be an issue in three years if I decide to purchase the RAV4???? Regardless, I wanted to go on record to raise this issue at this time. Best Jim Botti More
