On Saturday May 13, 2023 my husband and I had an appointment with John DeLoach to look at some Toyota’s that were on the lot at Village Automotive in Homosassa. One of our good friends gave us John’ appointment with John DeLoach to look at some Toyota’s that were on the lot at Village Automotive in Homosassa. I have been driving the same Toyota Highlander for 15 years and wanted to stay with Toyota since I knew the quality of a Toyota. I wasn’t sure what to expect since it has been so long since I bought a car. Let me tell you from the instant my husband and I met John, we felt comfortable. He was not pushy, wasn’t trying to sell us anything, answered all of our questions in a friendly but professional manner. I was very impressed with the customer service that was provided. We did buy a beautiful Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I have never had a car with some many wonderful options. John took his time to go through everything with us. He was very kind and patient. I will definitely be giving his information to any of my friends, family, etc. that is interested in purchasing a car.
