Village Cadillac/Toyota is the ABSOLUTE BEST car dealership in west, central Florida, hands down! Both times I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, I went thru John "Beatles Tie" DeLoach, a dealership in west, central Florida, hands down! Both times I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, I went thru John "Beatles Tie" DeLoach, and he went above and beyond for me BOTH times! I traded in my 2022 Rav4 for a used Prius (gas prices ain't gettin' any lower!) and Mr. DeLoach basically spent the entire day getting the deal done and closed for me. Yesterday is when I got my Prius, and as I was leaving the dealership, I asked Mr. DeLoach "So how late do y'all work?", and I'll never forget his reply. He said "I don't go home until the last customer is HAPPY", and lemme tell ya, he AIN'T lyin! Mr. DeLoach is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and does EVERYTHING with a sense of urgency. He consistently impresses me, as well as many other Village Cadillac/Toyota customers.
