Worst Experience Went in to look at a used vehicle. Salesperson was accommodating and showed us the vehicle. Told him my financing options along with my trade in. Sinc Went in to look at a used vehicle. Salesperson was accommodating and showed us the vehicle. Told him my financing options along with my trade in. Since it was a Friday I told him I would come back Monday. He got pushy and said they would match the percentage rate I wanted to pay. Four hours later we were still there . Finally got home and read the paperwork and it was more than double the percentage rate I wanted to finance. I went Monday and got the financing I wanted and returned to the dealer with my paperwork. I had to bring items from my trade in (TITLE; keys, and 3RD row seating) I was so upset I was ready to take my trade in back and just finance the newer vehicle. My vehicle was not on the lot (someone took it home) and I still had the title to it! Imagine That! The financing person was short and rude and took my paper work while pounding on his key board and drew up another contract. The whole experience was a nightmare and the only nice person was some lady named Anna Marie. I will never go back and my brother will have to take it back for maintenance. More

We were impressed with the interior, the maneuverability, the acceleration, and the audio/navigation system. What we didn't like was the comfort of the front passenger seat. Anna Psihas picked up on our discomfort and suggested an easy fix. Once the comfort level was addressed, we were sold. Anna was professional and very helpful. We had arranged outside financing. Negotiating final price and final paperwork was smooth and quick. More
