Debbie Henry is a wizard at scheduling and organizing and always makes her customers happy by getting service and repairs done to fit your schedule, on time, and done right. The mechanics are among the best I've seen and never have a problem with explaining anything the customer may ask about. I've never noticed any grease or dirt marks on the inside nor outside of my Cadillac after service was completed. The dealership is setup for the comfort of the waiting customer with coffee, TV, DVD and a quiet room for reading. The only dealership I go to. More

I was going for an oil change and Debbie heard a rap in my car and had it checked out only to find Debbie Henry provided excellent service as usual. I was going for an oil change and Debbie heard a rap in my car and had it checked out only to find I needed a water pump. Glad she was on top of things before I lost air conditioning and provided a loaner car for the day. Very professional service!!! More

My 2015 ATS had a re-call for the moon roof that needed to be done, not only did they repair it while I waited, they called me to let me know about the recall in advance. My only complaint is that most luxury car companies, ie Mercedes, BMW, Audi wash your vehicle after service. If they wash the cars after service they will be five star in my book. More

He was terrific in every way and answered all our questions. He was there for us when we went to pick up the vehicle as well as at the delivery of the vehicle to explain all the options to us. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and he is the best and nicest salesman I have ever had!!! This was our first car purchase in Florida. More
