We appreciate and trust our Cadillac Service Advisor (Scott Ketchum). He has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He never tries to “sell” us anything. We just purchased a 2024 Cadillac CT4 from Village Cadillac and this was our easiest car buying experience ever! Our Salesperson, Anna Maria Psihas was simply the best (we highly recommend her). Upon arriving at the service department, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities, providing a pleasant environment for customers like myself. The communication throughout the service process was outstanding. The service advisors kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the necessary repairs and providing accurate cost estimates. I appreciated their transparency and felt confident that my vehicle was in capable hands. The technicians at Village showcased their expertise by efficiently addressing my vehicle's issues. I feel compelled to write this review for Village Cadillac, Homosassa, FL. Please understand that this endorsement is based on my own personal experience buying a used 2020 Cadillac Escalade. We boug Cadillac, Homosassa, FL. Please understand that this endorsement is based on my own personal experience buying a used 2020 Cadillac Escalade. We bought this vehicle on 26 Oct 2023. At the tender age of seventy-five, I have seen much in my dual career as an engineer and as a U.S. Army Reserve officer. I am a US Marine Corps, Viet Nam Combat veteran and a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel. I had spent my civilian career on the road, as an automotive tooling engineer. I have logged over 1.2 million miles of travel. Most vehicles I drove were company vehicles. Others I had bought. At the start of our 55 years of marriage, my wife and I towed a vehicle from a salvage yard, because we could not afford to buy a car. We have struggled and worked hard to gather what we have! With that, we have interacted with dozens of dealerships, mostly from the Upstate NY area. We have also dealt with dealers, here in Florida. One recent (Oct 2023) in Orlando was the worst dealership experience, ever. That said and setting up a backdrop of experiences...I am here to say that we have NEVER experienced a dealer experience or an auto purchase, like we did, dealing with Village Cadillac, Homosassa, FL! NEVER! My salesperson is John DeLoach. John is an experienced, seasoned, energetic, enthusiastic, savvy salesperson and a consummate professional. He is intuitive and knows how to help prospective customers achieve their vehicle purchase. John’s best trait is that he is an excellent listener. The vehicle we bought is the vehicle we were looking for and wanted. John helped us get it. The sales experience, from start to finish, was unlike anything we had ever experienced! Genuinely impressive. I can tell you that two other dealerships in Florida were exactly opposite. Purely disgusting, aggravating, loathsome and worse…adversarial. One dealership forced me to contact Florida's DMV, to settle a dispute that did not have to happen! In hind-site, we should have walked away from that deal. Lesson learned. In sharp contrast, everyone at Village Cadillac was solely responsible for an incredibly smooth, frustration free, hassle-free transaction. Here are the players; John DeLoach (Cadillac/Toyota sales), Alan Reece (Sales Mgr.), Joe Petrillo (General Mgr.), and Cheyenne Taveras (Assistant Service Mgr.). The owners and managers at Village Cadillac need to know that these specific employees share a collective ethos and constructive collaboration (synergy), that directly contributes to the dealerships’ success and my total satisfaction. Each person I interacted with went well out of his or her way, to satisfy our purchase experience. Without hesitation, they did address a couple of concerns that needed attention. We were not demanding, but we were insistent. They, in turn, were cooperative and responsive. The dealership created an environment that made me feel at ease and most importantly…not challenging!
