Debbie (service advisor) was great with her communication and made sure I was up to date on what the technician was doing. From scheduling to making sure I got back to my work while they worked on my car, s and made sure I was up to date on what the technician was doing. Went in on 9/23/21 and the service was sub par. Service writer Debra had no clue on what type of Chevy warranty I had . They tried to charge me for things covered on warranty.
