The ease in which I was able to make this deal was well worth the 300 mile drive we made to finalize the paperwork and take delivery! Mike Collins and his team made us feel very welcome. He had spoken online with Matt prior to making the 2 hour trip from our home to Weiss Toyota. That day we couldn't meet on numbers, but Matt promised he'd work his hardest to get my husband in the truck he wanted at the price we wanted. We had to "walk" that day, but didn't leave feeling defeated or like we were a waste of the dealership's time. A couple of days later Matt called my husband and apparently has magical numbers fairies working alongside him. We picked up our truck the following Wednesday. Of course, my husband is in love with the truck. I'm just grateful that the experience wasn't one where we felt pressured, toyed with or like 2nd class citizens. Even during the tent event where we signed the paperwork and took possession, everything was easy, friendly and fun. Paperwork is always a chore, but Amy in finance kept us laughing. She explained everything in total detail, moved as quickly as possible through it and even worked a little extra magic to keep costs reasonable and give us what we needed. More

We have been looking at older model used trucks for about a month. We were greeted by a sales representative, seemed nice. Then went inside to see what they had. They didn't have what we were looking for. This sales person kept trying to put us into something other than what we were seeking for, we felt that we were not going to get away from there with just looking. Then we agreed after several hours to write a check to hold an SUV vehicle that they didn't have there. the next day are so later I called them to let them know that they didn't need to hold that vehicle any longer because we made a deal on one of the trucks that we had looked at prior to stoping in at this dealership.Then this sales rep. became angry and made some untrue and not very nice accusations against us and the person ended the phone conversation before I could finish what I called for. So I am making this statement about an individual sales person. This is not about the dealership. I at least hope that this person isn't a reflection of this dealership. and I hope tha this person was just having a bad day. I clicked the recommed button because there wasn't any other options, because I don't know these people saying no would be unfair to me other customers and the Toyoto dealer. Again I only encountered this one individual. I gave the sales person a three star because he went from very friendly to nasty , which I believe happened because of unmet expectations. More

We found the car on the internet and requested information from the dealer. A salesperson called me back within a few minutes and we set up an appointment for a test drive. We liked the car and made a deal fairly quickly. We have purchased several new and a couple of new cars over the years, and this is the best experience we have had. The salesman did not put any pressure on us to purchase the vehicle and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I would highly recommend Weiss Toyota. I know when we purchase our next car we will travel the 30+ miles to give our business to Weiss. More

I've watched prices get raised just to be lowered for a sale ,then back up again. Weiss Toyota is 1 of the few places i found to stick w the no hassle price. Matt Goodson was my sales rep and he is now a friend. Great guy , went above and beyond . Mind you , this was during there tent sale when everyone was running crazy lol. Over all. Weiss Toyota is a place to go for new and used. You are treated like family even if you dont purchase,they do not push or over sell.
