They will do their job and get you financed for a nice newer reliable vehicle. The selection of cars was wonderful and would fit almost every budget. The process was easy from start to finish. I only went to the dealership twice, once to look at car and test drive it and the 2nd time to sign paperwork and drive away with my new car. All other correspondence was done through email and phone and was easy and prompt. I can't find one reason why you shouldn't at least give Shane a call and find out how he can help you. I also want to give a shout out to his assistant Mary who was also so incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. The deal for us was fair and a good one (only negative was no owners manual and one smart key) I should have noticed that early in the deal, but I didn't. It's happened before when buying pre-owned. Dzevad will try to get me a manual.. We love the car. Our time at the dealership did not take that long and the service was excellent. Mike Cross really helped us with the F&I part and was very professional. By his showing us the value of the wrap Care, we feel like we are in a brand new Rav4. More

After a busy visit to Weiss Toyota, I was driving my new 2016 Highlander Limited home with all the bells and whistles I've been reading about. Relieve Buying Stress with just a little "relaxed banter" We came in to look at a Toyota RAV4. We wanted white and wanted a used car. After speaking with Scott, we took his card and left. Overnight my husb We came in to look at a Toyota RAV4. We wanted white and wanted a used car. After speaking with Scott, we took his card and left. Overnight my husband decided that maybe he would like a newer car and try to swing the pmt. I told him nothing over $350 mo/pmt. He sent emails to Scott who called us. We went back in and looked at NEW 2016 RAV4. They had a white 2016, but payments would be an issue. We were trading in 2 very old vehicles too. Scott worked with us while all along having some light banter with discussions about family and our volunteer work with rescue dogs. We came to a final deal, went home, had 2 days to clean out vehicles and came back for final sale. The payments are $368, which is fine and the vehicle is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Scott, Amy and all the people who helped get this sale moving along!! Even one of the mechanics came out to wipe some stuff off the inside of door (I didn't care, but apparently Scott thought the car should be perfect!) More
