I would have appreciated information on the duration of the service. I had my day planned; arrived before 7:00 AM with the intention of spending about two hours catching up on mail, etc; however, l was the the service. After purchasing Four tires through Victory Toyota for our 2019 Tundra, we experienced side—wall cracking slightly after one year. The service department was extremely unhelpful and provided absolutely no customer service when we requested assistance regarding the sale of faulty tires from their establishment. After four months of going back and forth with the service department we were punted to the tire manufacturer. Not only were we extremely disappointed with the service department, we were treated disrespectfully and completely unvalued. We will never again be purchasing tires through Toyota again. We have been customers since 2003, and are ashamed of the service department and its failure to actually deliver customer service. More

Great dealership and Jason was great to work with - my highest recommendation for a sales person. Only one complaint - they require you to purchase add on products.
