Jason, To say that I am disappointed with you as a new General Manager of this dealership would be an understatement !! All previous General Managers in the last 50 years treated long time, Good customers like us as if they appreciated our business! They would get off their ass from sitting in their office right on the sales floor and, not only Greet Current Customers, but would thank the for their purchases!! I purchased 2 new vehicles between 2024 and 2025 and never heard a word out of you or have had you greet me! This is really SAD. If it were up to me I would contact the new owner so that he might wise you up. If it were not for your fantastic staff I would avoid your dealership like the plague!! I was a corporate manager for the Largest Dental Equipment manufacturer in the nation and I would have written up or terminated a person that acted like you in a heartbeat!
