Admittedly my appt was at the end of the workday (4 PM). It involved an oil change and tire rotation plus a complimentary car wash. When I got home I had to check whether the oil had been changed; it had. One of the tires was missing the air cap; I would have thought it would be replaced. They charged me an exorbitant amount for a cabin filter change (with my permission). Considering that I drove 20 miles to get this questionable service, I take my business elsewhere in the future.
