Victory Toyota Marietta - Service Center

2nd visit, 1st was for highlander hybrid with bad timing belt, said engine was ruined. Engine is a non interference ( this is 7th hybrid i have owned). Also said battery(hybrid was bad Used to drive onto my belt, said engine was ruined. Engine is a non interference ( this is 7th hybrid i have owned). Also said battery(hybrid was bad Used to drive onto my trailer after diagnosis. 2nd visit was my 21 rav4 hybrid for oil change and spare key. Price of key and programming was $322 for key and $160 some dollars to program (WOW). I had gone to for service and bought cars from this site. Not happy with last 2 visits. More

They did a great job, my only complaint is my tire pressure was low due to the cold and they left caution light on and didn't fill when rotating tires. I took my 2013 Rav4 in for a service issue. I've had 2 ignition coils (same cylinder) fail in 3 weeks. After the full vehicle scan I was told it was, wait for it, the same cylinder ignition coi I've had 2 ignition coils (same cylinder) fail in 3 weeks. After the full vehicle scan I was told it was, wait for it, the same cylinder ignition coil failed. I'm convinced they did not find the root cause. I'm scheduled for a new one to be installed next week. I'll be surprised if the issue is resolved. More

Service was quick. However, service did not re-adjust tire pressure front to back after tire rotation. I had to do that when I got home. Tire pressure per the door st However, service did not re-adjust tire pressure front to back after tire rotation. I had to do that when I got home. Tire pressure per the door sticker is 30 psi in the front and 33 psi in the back. While air temperature can impact the pressure, I had higher pressure in the front tires and lower in the back and none matched the required levels per the Toyota sticker. In the future, I would like to see this or see the service bulletin from Toyota with updated pressure requirements for my vehicle and tires. More
