Took my rav4 there because the check engine light came on ,they dados it was in the evap system they would have to do a smoke test , wich cost 150$ They said it didn’t show anything they figured it was t on ,they dados it was in the evap system they would have to do a smoke test , wich cost 150$ They said it didn’t show anything they figured it was the gas cap so they put one on wich cost another 35 dollars pick it up drive home and the lights came on again took it back then they said they would have to drop the cars tank then they said it was the charcoal canister universes the gas tank they said they have seen them go bad before ,I ask if they couldn’t take off the 35 dollars for the gas cap since that wasn’t what it was , they said they would but I don’t see where they did on the bill ,I had to spend over 400$ for the part and over 400 dollars for labor wich I saw where it only takes an hour todrop the tank and Change the canister, so I had to spend over 1100 $ to get it fixed, even if it did take 2 hours that’s 200 dollars a hour labor, and if they new they’ve had problems with the canister before why didn’t they check it first. More

Didn’t receive any updates when service was complete, had to call myself to see what was going on with my vehicle. Never received a quote and when I called for an update my service was nearly twice the amoun to call myself to see what was going on with my vehicle. Never received a quote and when I called for an update my service was nearly twice the amount of the quote I supposedly agreed to. Tried to call later just to get an explanation on this and apparently the sales manager that I received an email from doesn’t even work at the location we called. Overall not a great experience and won’t be going back unless for any warranty or recall repairs. More

Took a day longer than expected. Was also told they were not equipped to do what I would consider a basic service (alignment and tire balance on 35" tires).
