When I called to schedule an appointment Sandy was very efficient & Amber was very kind and helpful. It is too soon to tell if the recall update has fully corrected the display brightness issue. We had several questions about tech features & proper set up & in using features that were new to us. We had asked to schedule some time for someone to look at our technology-related questions and set up & explain some features that were new to us. It was near lunch time & help seemed to be very limited. Although a couple people tried, the dealership could not at that time offer us access to anyone who had this type of expertise. Although I was polite, I was very disappointed with the service. More than one person there said, “Well why didn’t you just go to the dealership where you bought the car?” Each time we responded with the same answer; that we did not buy this used vehicle at a dealership, but at a small used car lot. We finally gave up and figure we just use another dealership when we need to purchase another vehicle or pay for maintenance/service on this Jeep. I was very disappointed that the customer service acted like we were a bother to them since we did not buy the vehicle from Victory. The bottom line was the recall was installed, none of my questions were efficiently answered, and I will take my business & spend my money at another dealership. More
