Took my vehicle in for tire rotation, balance and alignment. They had me there all morning only to tell me they could not figure out how to use their new tire balancing machine and that I needed abou alignment. They had me there all morning only to tell me they could not figure out how to use their new tire balancing machine and that I needed about 5000 dollars worth of parts and labor to fix both front and rear sway bar links and to replace all my brake lines. Took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and NONE of the work Victory Toyota said my vehicle needed is necessary. I highly suggest getting second opinions for any work Victory’s shop tells you is needed or simply avoiding this shop altogether. More
