I did not request a tire rotation as I just put new tires on the rear of my truck for winter. When I got home I noticed I received a tire rotation and paid for it as well. Also, I have a driver side headli on the rear of my truck for winter. When I got home I noticed I received a tire rotation and paid for it as well. Also, I have a driver side headlight not working. The sheet was checked that the lights were all operational which tells me the lights were not checked properly during the service. More
