My only suggestion is that it would be better customer service if someone immediately greeted you as you pulled up for service. I have never had to deal with a recall before so I really didn't know what to expect. The notice I received said it was going to take at least 3 hours to make the repairs. These folks at Victory made it a didn't know what to expect. The notice I received said it was going to take at least 3 hours to make the repairs. These folks at Victory made it a very pleasant experience. It was taken care of painlessly. Where I live, it was an hour drive just to get there but it turned out to be well worth the trip. And what a setup! They work in sync like a well-oiled machine to keep things moving. Highly recommend them! More
