I gave my service attendant a discount coupon I received however when I looked at my bill after I left I saw that it was not applied. Waited an hour and 45 min for an oil change with three kids. Car sat in the exit bay for at least 20 minutes before we were called to check out. $175 for oil change, tire rotation, and filter change!! A kids.
