Waited over an hour for oil change and tire rotation 2:20pm to 3:50pm. I was even early for my appointment 1:50pm because I thought my appointment was 2pm. I spent 2 hours waiting. After the service was 2:20pm to 3:50pm. I was even early for my appointment 1:50pm because I thought my appointment was 2pm. I spent 2 hours waiting. After the service was done, I went to get in my truck and grease was all over the center console. They had to go out and clean it off. At least when the Pittsburgh dealership does the service steering wheel is covered, seat is covered and paper floormat is in the truck. My truck is a 2019 Tundra 1794 with 38,000 miles not some cheap beat-up truck. Spent $ 131 dollars and not happy with the service I received. I wouldn't think Toyota would be happy with service like this gives them a bad name. Rick Simmons More

$1200. 00 and 3 visits later and the brakes on my Tundra are still not repaired.
