Absolutely horrible, they lied to me to get me to the dealership. Talk about misleading and a waste of my time. Especially since it was a three hour round trip for me. We were looking at a car online, hi dealership. Talk about misleading and a waste of my time. Especially since it was a three hour round trip for me. We were looking at a car online, hit the chat button to make sure the car was available. We made an appointment to test drive and look at the car for 5pm. We then called a few hours later to verify some of the information before we head out to and again verify the vehicle was there. After we arrived at the dealer, a salesman greeted us looked up our information and asked us to wait while he got keys for the vehicle. After a half hour he came back and said they sold the vehicle earlier in the day would there be something else we may be interested in. No there is not , no respect for your customers. Have the decency to tell me earlier on the phone that sorry the vehicle has been sold. Simple, don’t waste 3 hours of my day, fuel, and tolls. Horrible… horrible… horrible…!!! More

Terrible service. We were ready to do a cash deal but were pushed into financing due to the price seemingly being lower. Once we began talk to the finance manager he c We were ready to do a cash deal but were pushed into financing due to the price seemingly being lower. Once we began talk to the finance manager he came up with a number that was 9k more than we agreed and stated that 3k was taxes and fees and the other 6k was “dealer fees”. Absolute nonsense and a waste of time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They are a scam business!! More
