We just purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage from Victory Mitsubishi. Our experience was Fantastic! We came in looking for something reliable with low mileage thats good on gas. One of the cars we looked at Mitsubishi. Our experience was Fantastic! We came in looking for something reliable with low mileage thats good on gas. One of the cars we looked at was older but In our price range And fit our criteria. Unfortunately it was already sold. Our sales man Derrick Bennett really took care of us. He was able to get us into a brand new car only 10 miles on it for a great price and an affordable payment. I am impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Scammers . .. total bait and switch. We called about a car they listed online to confirm the price. Told them we're driving 2 hours to see the car. They assure .. total bait and switch. I have purchased a 2019 Nissan Kicks from Victory Mitsubishi, back in October 0f 2023. I had tried several times trying to find out after paying for the car in full why I never received the title for Mitsubishi, back in October 0f 2023. I had tried several times trying to find out after paying for the car in full why I never received the title for the car. I made many attempts to reach someone concerning this. When someone finally returned my call, your representative asked what was a good time for the manager to call me back, which I provided the time and no call back. I waited for the next day, perhaps the manager was busy and again no call. The issue which I am seeking answers to is the price of the car, which was highly inflated during purchase. The price listed online was $13,900. I expected the usual tax and registration and title fees as well. However, the final price of the car was $20,000. I would like an explanation of the difference in pricing and the drastic increase. I was finally called by Eduardo (Sales Manager) and said I would need to come to the Bronx to speak with someone there. The time frame for when he did call was back on Feb 24, I followed up with him on the 28th, then March 4th. I to this day MAY 23, have not heard back from either Edurado or anyone else from Victory Mitsubishi. I have phone logs of my attempts to reach him or someone else. I live in CT and for me to go to the Bronx for an explanation is time consuming and costly when I could have someone either call me or e-mail me about my inquiries. More
