This dealership basically does a bait and switch. The “Internet Special” price is their way to get you into the dealership. That is not the price you pay. The price you pay is the price that is crossed out on their site then they minus your down payment. They don’t tell you this until you’re ready to sit down with their finance person to tell you what your payment will be and how much you’re financing. All after they run your credit. The salesman will tell you that if you don’t use one of their banks, the price goes up by a few thousand dollars. It’s all false. The crossed out price is the price of the vehicle. They will also tell you that the vehicle comes with LoJack, tire and rim protection along with dent and scratch protection. That is false. They add those costs onto the price of the vehicle but will tell you that it is included. Before you sign anything, read it and ask questions because if it’s a used vehicle over 3 years old, none of that stuff is “included”. When it is time to sign, they move quickly so you can be a bit overwhelmed and you just sign not realizing what you’re signing. They have very nice vehicles on the lot but be very careful with this place. More

Went to this dealership for 2020 acura tlx listed price was 21995 before going ask the sell rep is there any hidden fees she said there wasn't so I took a 30 min drive to the dealer test drove the car sat was 21995 before going ask the sell rep is there any hidden fees she said there wasn't so I took a 30 min drive to the dealer test drove the car sat down with the finance rep mind you I'm putting down 5k for him to tell me after the 5k down I will be financing 29999 because there 8k in hidden costs like lo jack and a tire package that I didn't ask for but I have to get it this dealer is a rip off don't waste your time More

Place is a joke. Spent time with a nice salesperson, agreed to pay the advertised price and gave him my information including my social security number. They had me wait over 2 hours only to finally have a "manager" sit down with me and tell me he was adding on thousands of dollars in 'fees'. I left right away but then came home to find out that they had run 5 credit checks with 5 different banks ... total abuse of my information. At least have the decency to reveal the scam early as opposed to having somebody wait over 2 hours. Sham operation. More
