Horrible Experience. On 2/18/2023 I arrived for my appointment at 5:00pm after receiving confirmation for my appointment at 4:30pm to learn that the vehicle I was approved for via application was sold earlier that day by a male who was not the sells agent I had been communicating with all week. I walked in with a 6k down payment cash to learn that the vehicle was sold earlier that day and was questioned if I had another vehicle interest that they had on the lot which I told the make “ no “ my attentions was completing the process of financing the vehicle which I was approved via credit application. I felt like something suspicious was going to happen prior to the past reviews of them giving excellent service from to many reviewers . . I knew they couldn’t be this perfect. New buyers be aware.
