Very polite, but disorganized. Wasted my time and money. Checked online, saw 2 cars, set up an appointment to test drive the next day. Drive an hour in, polite rep helps me to a seat, verifies what I'm looking for. The first was sold the day before (never called me, but said they would have). The second had mechanical issues and they weren't showing it until resolved. They could have EASILY mentioned this over the phone the day prior, would have saved us both time and money (on CarFax reports, tolls, etc...) More

BEWARE ! ! The sales person will tell you to sign the form to run a SOFT credit check but they would run a HARD check (SEVERAL TIMES) and this will be done eve ! The sales person will tell you to sign the form to run a SOFT credit check but they would run a HARD check (SEVERAL TIMES) and this will be done even BEFORE you agree to the car price and test drive and if you do not want to buy the car, the hard credit inquiries will dent your credit score. The managers are very rude and arrogant, would put blame on you for their mistakes. DONOT TRUST the words sales person because the next level manager would deny all of those promises. Wasted 5 hours. Going to report the credit reporting companies and Federal Trade Commission. More
