Beware of bait and Switch. Car offered online at 17k end up being 29k. After contract was signed the car given wasn’t the one ordered. In fact it was a salvage vihecle. Refused Car offered online at 17k end up being 29k. After contract was signed the car given wasn’t the one ordered. In fact it was a salvage vihecle. Refused to give money back. FORCED ME TO WRITE POSITIVE REVIEW BEFORE PROVIDING ME SERVICE. Than made me wait 11hrs. Did not provide me with car fax prior to purchase and threatened to keep my deposit if I didn’t take the car they wanted me to take. Worse experience of my life. More
Worst mistake I made was purchasing a Jeep Cherokee from victory Mitsubishi not even 2 years of having the car and I’ve already had to replace the engine. Put in a new radiator. Replace the thermostat. And victory Mitsubishi not even 2 years of having the car and I’ve already had to replace the engine. Put in a new radiator. Replace the thermostat. And now the transmission is shot and the car do not drive at all.. I’m stuck making payments on a car I can’t even drive of Course the warranty is expired and I never received my sales contract via mail or Email but they state there’s no gap insurance so it’s nothing I can do with the car but take a loss I called the dealership numerous of time and the only thing they do is place me on hold and hang up More
I had called 4 times before making a visit to the dealer to ensure the used car price was negotiable and I was told constantly by Maria on the phone that the negotiation can only be done in person. Consider to ensure the used car price was negotiable and I was told constantly by Maria on the phone that the negotiation can only be done in person. Considering I was coming from NJ, it was over 1.5 hr ride and I was coming in to make the deal. By reached the place on time and the sales person said that the manager will come in 5 minutes. after 25 minutes the manager came and asked me what my price is. I said I don't have a price in mind but I am here to make the purchase today so tell me the best price. The manager (Jose) already seemed agitated, his body language seemed he didn't want to discuss and within 30 seconds he stood up and left he can't offer the price lower than what is listed on the website. This was shocking as I was told on the phone 3 times on separate days that the negotiation is possible but only happen in person. Clearly my in person visit turned out to be a waste. Whether you sell the car or you don't, you need to teach your sales managers to be courteous and spend time with customer especially when I had called and verified everything several days in advance. This place is unreal, I called 5 days ahead of time for an appointment on a specific car, that I was told was available for sale. Mind you I live 3+ hours away. So I make the drive with my very excited wif an appointment on a specific car, that I was told was available for sale. Mind you I live 3+ hours away. So I make the drive with my very excited wife after calling and confirming the car is for sale still, I'm told yeah it is. We get to the dealership about 5 minutes before our appointment which was at 2pm. We meet with a sales man who grathers some info before going to get the car. You know normal car salesman stuff. About 25 min go by he comes back says the cars buried out back and the battery is dead again typical stuff. We go outside and look at the car my wife is even more excited now. We head back in after he jumps it and walks away with the key so it shuts off. No biggie she's sold on the car. We grab a seat while he goes to do something with his manager/check on financing. They pull her credit okay normal stuff. Then he comes back says the manager wants to talk to us okay cool maybe he's being engaging and meeting new clients, oooh no A) hes not a manager hes just another salesman pretending to be a manager to try to sell us a new car because she's got good credit. We say no thank you we are only interested in the car we drove 3+ hours for. He is disgruntled and walks away. At this point it's about 325 he says I'm gonna go dig the car out so you can drive it I've got a charge pack on it. Okay we figure 15 minutes to shuffle around cars and bring it up. Nope wrong again 415 rolls around this guy is no where to be found. He comes back over we tell him how unhappy we are with the waiting and that we'd like to get things moving, says he will go talk to finance comes back says good news loan looks good they are just trying to figure out the negative equity. Okay sounds like they are really trying to help us and get the sale another 40 mini goes by after he says like 5 10 minutes until they come over with the numbers. No where to be seen, then he walks in from outside with another customer cool I get it you have to juggle sometimes in a busy dealership but to ignore customers that have already been at your dealer for 3 xxxxing hours is unreal. I get up go outside to where he's standing and ask hey its been an hour plus since you said your manager would be over. He makes up some other excuse as to why why haven't come over. Now it's just shy of 6pm almost 4 hours in they pull her credit again at this point we've had enough and then he comes the cherry on top, he comes over goes we can't sell you that car it's not a battery apparently it was driven though water and is has a short. So if that's the case someone knew that long before we drove over 3 hours to look at it since the service department is closed on the weekends this was information they already had. So we leave aggressively but it this point we waited 4 hours for them to try and con us into something else. They are scam artist and all completely worthless we also where never given an actual price of the car so they probably would have tired to pull something shady there as well. This same review will be going on any and every website that reviews any place of business as victory should be shut down. More

It is all a big organization of scam & Fraud! That is Unfortunate! BUT everybody can buy the 5Star-review-rates for very cheap price from India these days! I experienced what are the Victory Mitsubishi's Frauds to its customers/consumers( including myself), AND I have all documented. 1- Better Business Bureau (BBB) Claim: I have a claim against them in BBB running. 2- Consumer Lawyer: I am now in the middle of an agreement with a Local Consumer Lawyer in Long Island, New York to take LEGAL ACTION against them, for the justice!
