Initially everything went well. Was met at the door by the salesman. He helped get us checked in for our appointment. I have asked for a week for the signed paperwork and have not received yet. Their process is that they email it to you. I haven't received mine and have reached out for a week now. I also asked for help to get the Mitsubishi Connect to work and was told they will get back to me and never did. Fortunately I was able to get it working with help from Mitsubishi Connect directly. I also repeatedly asked for help to get the remote trunk opener to work, unfortunately that is still not working and no one has reached out to me to help. This is a 2024 vehicle. The salesman never went over any of the functions of the vehicle. I would greatly appreciate a call to let me know where my signed paperwork is and want a copy as soon as possible. More
