They use "Bait and switch" sales tactics using deceptive advertising, to lure potential buyers to their dealership by advertising one vehicle at a certain price, then telling the customer that the particula advertising, to lure potential buyers to their dealership by advertising one vehicle at a certain price, then telling the customer that the particular vehicle is no longer available before using aggressive tactics to sell a different one. Stay away from this dealer!!! More

They don’t update their inventory when cars are sold. I went to the dealership twice with an appointment to test drive a specific car and both times it had been sold days before my appointment. The staff is unprofessional, the dealership is dirty and there is an overall lack of honesty. I would never recommend going to Victory Mitsubishi. More
