I asked him and also showed him that we see the car rates below 20k and he told me that there is no car and all the numbers are fake. After waiting 3 hours to see the car and given a final quote the floor manager Baset had us wait another 1 and 45 mins to give us a quote that was $7,200 more than the original quote with taxes and fees already included. When you visit this dealer ask firsthand what are all the dealer fees so you don’t waste 41/2 hrs in the dealer like we did. The staff needs to be retrained in customer service and communicating effectively. The three of them gave us different quotes. Very unprofessional. More
