I wish i could give 0 star, stay away from this dealership, They are liars and scammers and I will be filing a complaint with BBB, maybe even sue them. The 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross online sells for about 27,000 to 30,000. They sold it to us for 39,000. The sales man Christian Lopez put the insurance in my friend name instead of my husband name which i had to pay extra money to get fixed. Then when i try to refinance the car, they would not assist claiming the application is pending, which i know it xx. It became so expensive and frustrating keeping the car, that i had to surrender it to the bank. I would never use or refer anyone to this dealership.Please save yourself the headache and being overcharged. More

Horrible experience. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. I had an appointment to see a BMW 5 series last week. I received a number of calls and tex I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. I had an appointment to see a BMW 5 series last week. I received a number of calls and texts making sure I was still coming to my appointment, including 2 minutes before my appointment time. When I walked into the dealership, I met with a salesperson. They had no idea what car I was there to see. When I showed him, I was told that this car is not at their dealership and I should come back another day. When I explained I had a set appointment to see this car, and took off of work for the day, and commuted over an hour and 30 minutes to get to the Bronx, the “manager” said “ I know how you feel. I commute every day from NJ”. Are you kidding me? You chose to work there. I had to take off of work to come look at the car we discussed many times. This was extremely unprofessional. I was the asked to go look at similar cars outside with one of their sales reps. All the “similar” cars in the lot were much more expensive than advertised. While I was communicating during the week with their representative, I asked are there any other fees on top of what is advertised. I was told by Melissa, via text, that there are no other fees other than DMV fee, tax, and a destination fee if $175. No other fees. I still have the text. The sales person told me that each car has many other fees adding $3k to $5k in additional fees. Needless to say I was furious. I not only took the day off work, wasted the middle of my day, but was lied to and treated like garbage. The salesperson even said, “I’d be very upset too if I were you”. I know it’s not the sales persons fault. The so called “manager” who was attending to me was a clown. Unprofessional, not intelligent, and a flat out liar. I would stay as far away from the dealership as possible. The ironic thing is I was planning on buying that car this day and perhaps another one of it went smoothly. Their loss. Stay away!!!! More
