They just waste time by calling you to the showroom. I visited the showroom after the appointment was booked and when I reached there the sales manager informed me that the car that I am looking is I visited the showroom after the appointment was booked and when I reached there the sales manager informed me that the car that I am looking is already sold out and there are no cars less than 20k. I asked him and also showed him that we see the car rates below 20k and he told me that there is no car and all the numbers are fake. I was really disappointed as I wasted all my time and energy traveling and doing nothing. More

After waiting 3 hours to see the car and given a final quote the floor manager Baset had us wait another 1 and 45 mins to give us a quote that was $7,200 more than the original quote with taxes and fees already included. When you visit this dealer ask firsthand what are all the dealer fees so you don’t waste 41/2 hrs in the dealer like we did. The staff needs to be retrained in customer service and communicating effectively. The three of them gave us different quotes. Very unprofessional. More
