Do not buy a car here. I initially wrote a lovely review of my experience before I realized that I was baited, switched and misled. This dealership is exactly what the stereotype of dealerships is and you should absolutely not give them your business, no matter how good the deals seem to be. I bought a car here in November and specifically came to the dealership with listings in mind that they had available online. I triple checked with the sales guy what the actual price of the car was and if there were any hidden fees. I ended up spending more than 10K over what I was told/expected to pay, despite being very clear about my budget and trying to clarify multiple times. At one point I noticed a sticker on the car that was vastly different than the offered price, and asked the sales guy about it. He claimed "No that isn't the price of the car, it's just the market value" Lo and behold, that was the actual price of the car! I can't prove that my documentation was forged, but I know that I didn't sign paperwork with the actual breakdown of the cost of the car. Before I bought the car, I noticed the sunroof didn't work. The sales guy claimed (as I waited in the dealership for hours) that it was getting checked out and that it would be fixed before I drove it off the lot. Luckily I double checked and when the sunroof still wasn't working I had them provide me documentation that it would be fixed for free. Getting the sunroof fixed took 3 months and 3 separate visits. It is impossible to reach anyone or get your questions answered. The one exception is Alex in the service department, he answered my questions kindly and clearly and finally was able to fix the problem. During this process, I tried many times to get someone in the sales department to provide me with copies of the forms that I signed. I was turned away twice, told to leave my email and that someone would send me my paperwork. Finally I went back in person and was given the run around about the paperwork being in a different building. I insisted on speaking to someone and a manager very condescendingly told me that " I had access to my paperwork the whole time" (not true) and treated me like I was a moron. For the amount of money I spent at this place, I should not be walking away feeling like I was scammed, lied to and cheated. I should be excited about this purchase and feeling good about it, but instead it's left such a bad taste in my mouth. More

Total Scam and I suspect that all the positive reviews on this site are fake. Long story short, they adverstize amazing deals on cargurus or carfax that seem too good to be true. When I get there, I am told "sorry but we cant locate the car". Of course, they just want to drag you to the dealership so that they can sell you something else. Then they will try to do some damage control and resplond to the negative review to make it look like they care, but its just for show. AVOID Just do yourself a favor and dont deal with them. More

I came to buy a car from them they said I got approved for a 2020 outlander sport. I put 5 grand down they said car was 17,000 When the car got to dealership from another it wasn’t the 2020 it was the 2 for a 2020 outlander sport.
