Mr. Ray Torres saved the day! I called and set up an appointment with Pamela to see a 2012 Mustang. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Torres. He immediately took care of us. I called and set up an appointment with Pamela to see a 2012 Mustang. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Torres. He immediately took care of us. Pamela was no where to be seen, nor did she have the car prepped prior to our arrival. There was a series of mishaps in viewing the car from missing keys to a dead battery. Mr. Torres worked tirelessly to correct the issues. With some patience on both sides, we were able to drive the vehicle and finally ended up reaching a more than fair deal on the price of the vehicle. After the deal was settled, we had a few more hiccups in the final steps. However, Mr. Ray Torres take care of us at every step.
