I was purchasing a 2024 Mirage Hatchback and agreed to a sales price with the sales manager (Shane), and we also agreed on my niece's car trade in value with him. The finance guy (whoever was on duty at ap sales price with the sales manager (Shane), and we also agreed on my niece's car trade in value with him. The finance guy (whoever was on duty at approximately 8:00PM (black fellow with a goat-tee), ran numbers using Capital One bank. The interest rate was a little high (about 11%), but we were going agree and close the deal. He went outside and came back, put our numbers in with MCU and the rate was less (about 9.5%) but the payment was a little higher. I looked at his screen and notice that he didn't give us the $1,000 dealer discount and reduced our trade-in for her car by $250 (from $750 to $500). I asked him to change those figures back. He put them in and then quickly removed them. He said were paying the MSRP for the car. I told him we were not and that we had an agreement with the sales manager (Shane). He said good and he got up and we all left. I said to my salesman, Justin. that the finance guy killed the deal. I couldn't find the sales manager, and no one returned my calls today to explain this man's motive. I have never been treated with such disrespect. If you plan on buying a car and finance it, I advise you to go to another dealer, their finance guy is not honest. More
