Straight forward and laid back sales style. I went to Victory a little hesitant from other reviews I had read. However, when I got there, I was quickly put at ease by my salesperson, Stephan. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed without trying to push a sale on to me. The process took some time and the credit application can be nerve wracking but Stephan took the time to communicate the process and kept checking in with me. On the financial end, Yessica was very helpful and got through my paperwork quickly. She was well informed and put my mind at ease. Overall, I appreciated not having to haggle on the price of the vehicle. I did the research and the deal I found never changed. It was nice to see. More
