Absolutely DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are complete scam artists. They post one price online and when you walk in the door the car is thousands of dollars more that they then quote as They are complete scam artists. I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/30/25 and have been trying to get a document from the sale since then, two months later I still don’t have it! I have emailed Mark (finance) and Nicole (manager) about 10-15 times and have made at-least 20 phone calls. I spoke to one of the salesman Christian 10 days ago and was told I would have the document within 48 hours, still don’t have it! I’ve been told someone would get back to me and no one has! I have since filed complaints with NYS Attorney General, NYC, and the BBB and will be writing a negative review on every site I can find! Save yourself the money and headache and TAKE YOUR VALUED BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!. I was also told I would be mailed a second key and have yet to receive. More

Don't go false advertisement company. They call me 3 times all the way from Long island and I specially confirmed vehicle is available they said yes come vehicle is ready for you and when They call me 3 times all the way from Long island and I specially confirmed vehicle is available they said yes come vehicle is ready for you and when you go there , they always say vehicle is in service. Its been 3 times same xxxx and service will take 7days and they never call back. They probably buy damaged car and fix and sell them. More

Do not buy a car here. I initially wrote a lovely review of my experience before I realized that I was baited, switched and misled. This dealership is exactly what the stereotype of dealerships is and you should absolutely not give them your business, no matter how good the deals seem to be. I bought a car here in November and specifically came to the dealership with listings in mind that they had available online. I triple checked with the sales guy what the actual price of the car was and if there were any hidden fees. I ended up spending more than 10K over what I was told/expected to pay, despite being very clear about my budget and trying to clarify multiple times. At one point I noticed a sticker on the car that was vastly different than the offered price, and asked the sales guy about it. He claimed "No that isn't the price of the car, it's just the market value" Lo and behold, that was the actual price of the car! I can't prove that my documentation was forged, but I know that I didn't sign paperwork with the actual breakdown of the cost of the car. Before I bought the car, I noticed the sunroof didn't work. The sales guy claimed (as I waited in the dealership for hours) that it was getting checked out and that it would be fixed before I drove it off the lot. Luckily I double checked and when the sunroof still wasn't working I had them provide me documentation that it would be fixed for free. Getting the sunroof fixed took 3 months and 3 separate visits. It is impossible to reach anyone or get your questions answered. The one exception is Alex in the service department, he answered my questions kindly and clearly and finally was able to fix the problem. During this process, I tried many times to get someone in the sales department to provide me with copies of the forms that I signed. I was turned away twice, told to leave my email and that someone would send me my paperwork. Finally I went back in person and was given the run around about the paperwork being in a different building. I insisted on speaking to someone and a manager very condescendingly told me that " I had access to my paperwork the whole time" (not true) and treated me like I was a moron. For the amount of money I spent at this place, I should not be walking away feeling like I was scammed, lied to and cheated. I should be excited about this purchase and feeling good about it, but instead it's left such a bad taste in my mouth. More
