Darrin Mitchell showed my daughter a 2013 Buick Verano last week. He was extremely knowledgable about the features of the vehicle, and answered all of our questions. After an internet search that included out-of-state retailers, our church decided to buy a Chevrolet Express passenger van from Victory Automotive. We first contacted the dealership through its websit retailers, our church decided to buy a Chevrolet Express passenger van from Victory Automotive. We first contacted the dealership through its website on Tuesday afternoon, and Mr. Jerry Payne called us back quickly, answering a few questions. Tuesday night, our church leaders agree on securing the Victory Automotive van, and on Wednesday we called Mr. Payne to begin negotiations, securing a fair final price the church could work with. Upon our arrival Thursday morning, Jerry greeted us with the van parked near the front entrance. The Express was as described on the Victory Automotive website. After a short test drive around local streets, Mr. Payne took time to explain the final paperwork to take delivery. No surprises, no upselling, just initials and signatures to finally get the church van we'd been searching for. Victory Automotive was not the most local dealer to us, but they really made it worth our while to buy with them. We're very happy with the van and very pleased with the overall buying experience. Our only complaint is a small one, because in the grand scheme of things, it really isn't important. The car was beautifully detailed, inside and out. The engine was sparkling clean; the trunk was pristine scheme of things, it really isn't important. The car was beautifully detailed, inside and out. The engine was sparkling clean; the trunk was pristine, like new; the interior was just about like new and shiny, as perfect as a 10-year old car could be expected to be; the tires and hubcaps were shiny; the body was clean and waxed. We were so very proud of the car; it felt like we were buying a new car! But then, the first time we put gas in it, the inside of the gas door and around the intake was filthy! We felt let down. Our pride diminished. It was now obviously a USED car. Our first thought was that the car had been under water. With just the simple matter of cleaning that little area, our entire car buying experience could have been 110% perfect. More

Really enjoyed the experience. The whole staff was great but Nate was special. You can tell he is a quality person of high character which breaks the stereotype fo the "used car salesman". We walked in to the dealership just wanting to browse and Ben was very receptive to that. We enjoyed that the sales guys did not "hover" over us as we looked around but were very eager to help once we neede Ben was very receptive to that.
