I have to use a cane and have difficulty getting up and down in chairs. He made a special effort to be sure I was comfortable and also explained the vehicle to us in a way we could relate to. He and the finance director made a special effort to meet us back at the dealership the next day for paperwork and delivery for us to be able to take our trade-in home to unload it. This has always been an unpleasant part of purchasing a vehicle when we have to unload and reload vehicles on site. We do a lot of traveling so our car is usually heavily loaded. We are enjoying the GMC Arcadia Denali and appreciate the extras which are beneficial to our health. More

Nate was very informative. I called the day before I visited and was approved for my Sierra. When I got to the dealership Nate actually got me a better deal on a 4x4 sierra and all questions were answe visited and was approved for my Sierra.
