The firts time I came to purchase a remote, I called and was told you had one, only to find out after driving 40+ miles, your inventory was wrong. I ask them to order me two of the remotes and call me when was told you had one, only to find out after driving 40+ miles, your inventory was wrong. I arrived to hahve the remotes programmed, Service Writers were very polite and got me right in. When I was done and paid for the service, I noticed the two remotes cost $146.00(73.00 ea). This is price gouging at its worst. The last one I bought from Premier Chevy for same truck was only 52.00. I also looked on the internet to find they could be purchased for around 37.00ea. Very disappointed in being taken advantage of. I will not be back for anything from Victory GMC. More

I had been looking several weeks for a pre-owned Buick Enclave and was happy to see one on the lot (via internet). I am local and like to deal locally. What a great experience. First , I made an online inquiry @9:00pm. I was surprised when I got a reply within the hour. I made an appointment to meet with John Cash later that same day and everyone did just as was promised. I had a long drive but was able to view two vehicles that were discussed on the phone. In fact both were sitting in the viewing area as we arrived. The way that John Cash handled the whole sale was truly professional. I would recommend Victory to anyone looking for great deal and pleasant buying experience. He went out of the normal expected amount of effort to find us a special color with just the right level of options. Great Salesman, dealership!
