My experience at Victory was very good! He put together several different payment options and vehicle comparisons, which was very helpful in our decision making. Once we had made our decision, he found the vehicle that we wanted and in just a few day, we were driving our new Acadia. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, all of our paperwork was ready to sign and in just a few minutes, we were on our way.This was a fairly painless and hassle free experience. More

My outlook was recalled. In addition to this, defective brakes were installed but was assured new ones would be put on! I was told that the parts would be ordered and I would be contacted to bring my outl brakes were installed but was assured new ones would be put on! I was told that the parts would be ordered and I would be contacted to bring my outlook in! During this time of wait, I was set up to have major abdominal surgery. I was called about parts being ready the day before my surgery. I explained my situation to Paul, Head of Victory's Service Dept, and he assured me that he could help me get my vehicle fixed. Paul instructed me to call him the Monday or Tuesday after my surgery so that he may arrange a time with me for a service representative to drive to my house in Vestavia Hills to drive my outlook in to Victory to be fixed! Not to mention, Paul said that they would deliver my outlook back home after being fixed! WOW! No service department has ever gone over and beyond the call of duty for me as Victory did! I am so blessed to have had Paul take care of my outlook as if it were his own while I was recovering from major surgery and unable to get around much less drive!!! Thanks so much to Paul and Victory GM for helping me during a difficult time! Peace to all!!!! More

Everything was great except. Everyone was really nice. They worked for me to get truck ready like I wanted it. The only issue I had, even though the DOT inspection was done they forgot to send out the tru They worked for me to get truck ready like I wanted it.
