He was very friendly and gave me an extremely great price. When the car was delivered, he took time to walk me through all the benefits of the vehicle. I had an opportunity to purchase another BMW 5 series from one of my clients, but I chose to buy from Steven instead. I have already recommended other potential purchasers to him. It is awesome to have someone you can "trust" to sell you something important as a vehicle. In addition, he gave me a great deal on my trade in. He also gave me the history of the vehicle, which is also very important. Honesty and integrity sells cars!! More

I stopped by one day to look at a car in the lot that was really more expensive and newer than I wanted. I told Mike that I wasn't sure what I wanted, but mentioned that I liked the Nissan 350Z, Mazda RX8, a really more expensive and newer than I wanted. I also specified that it would be better to be a few years old. I gave him my number, but didn't expect to hear from him. A couple of weeks later, he contacted me about a 2005 350Z that had been traded in, and arranged to get it to Helena. I was able to keep it overnight and I liked it. I had told Mike before taking the test drive that if the car was sound, I would buy it if the price was fair and it was in my budget. We agreed on a price when I came in with no arguing or posturing. He took it and had it cleaned and brought back before the day was out. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. More

Our company pick up, a GMC Sierra broke down on I-65 South and had to be picked up by a tow truck. My experience in purchasing my previous vehicle (at the old Montevallo Victory GMC) was so memorable to me that Victory was at the top of my list for looking for my next vehicle. The deal I was given seemed to be fair and every question I had was either answered on the spot, or the employee requested further information from peers and then brought that information back to me. Forming the deal was smooth and the H&H installed bed liner was a nice touch. Ultimately, I had wanted the 2002 GMC Sonoma, but the S-10 - after owning/driving it for several weeks - has grown on me. I will definitely have Victory at the top of my list when it comes time to replace my vehicle. The excellent customer service, along with the price and stock of used vehicles are two characteristics that will keep me coming back, in the future. More
