Part of the reason for my dissatisfaction probably rests with me as I bought this truck sight unseen. When I arrived in Calera to pick up the truck, it was nighttime and raining and I was unable to check o with me as I bought this truck sight unseen. When I arrived in Calera to pick up the truck, it was nighttime and raining and I was unable to check out the vehicle as well as I should have. The pictures on the internet showed the truck with chrome trim around the doors and tailgate. However, on arriving in Mobile, I found that the chrome had been removed from the vehicle. When I contacted Ben to tell him this, he did not call me back for several days. In the meantime, I took the vehicle to Fausak Tires to have the tires rotated and found that it was also out of alignment. I then sent an email to Ben concerning this and the chrome trim. He emailed me back saying that he would call me shortly, yet I ended up having to call him. By this time, I had found that I had to pay back taxes to purchase a tag for the vehicle and it was pointed out to me that in the sales paperwork on the truck it was listed as "used" on the bill of sale and as "new" in other paperwork. The truck had Magna-flo mufflers and since I did not care for the loudness, I took it to McDonald Muffler and had regular stock mufflers put on it. However, the vehicle was still too loud and when I returned to McDonald Muffler, they told me that someone had messed up the Y pipe when dual exhaust was put on the truck. After telling Ben about this, I was told that Victory would send me a check for the alignment and the back taxes, but I would have to bring the truck back to them so they could check out the Y pipe. Since this is a 500 mile round trip for me, I considered the fact that since I has already had the mufflers replaced that they might tell me that McDonald Muffler could have been the one who messed up the Y pipe (although I know this not to be the case) and I would have made this trip for nothing. My main reason for being dissatisfied is that Victory should have taken care of the wheel alignment and back taxes before the truck was sold and should not have continued to post internet pictures of the truck with chrome when the chrome was removed. They also should have been aware of the problem with the Y pipe and been prepared to fix it for a customer who did not care for the loud noise. Also, they should have listed a truck with 8,000 miles on it as "used" in all paperwork. These are the reasons that I would not recommend this dealership. More
I have contacted this dealership company many times in the pass. Everytime I speak with someone about a car that I have seen on the internet or in person I have had nothing less than respect and friendlyn the pass. I had looked for a year for just the right car, mileage, price, financing, etc. and out of the blue, I ran across an online ad for Victory and looked at their website. I called and spoke to Jamie in customer service who connected me with Daniel Owen, at the Helena location. That afternoon, I met with Daniel, drove the car, signed some papers and the next day I was in the car I had been searching over a year for. The Lifetime Warranty sealed the deal, along with Daniel's professionalism. The best experience I've had in my 25 years of car buying. Although the service department was very busy Brittany made me feel like I was the only customer there. My oil change was performed quickly and my paperwork was explained to me. I would say my experience was a very good one during the entire two week process. Daniel was very accommodating and went out of his way to help me. I didn't have any complaints but the other day when I power washed my vehicle the paint in the fender wells starting coming off, can't imagine why unless it was just a one coat deal which is the cheap way out... makes me concerned a little that the rest of the vehicle was a quick fix to sale. Overall I have been very pleased and happy with the truck and I would still recommend you guys to friends and family. More

We had searched and searched for a good used truck for our teenage son, and as we were driving around from Tuscaloosa to Jasper we heard on the Christian radio station (WDJC) about Victory dealership. My son and I began looking it up online and calling you guys to find out if it would be worth our trip there and then headed that way. Every place we had been previously ended up being a negative experience with nothing to show for our endeavors. After many unsuccessful experiences, it was nice to finally find a place where we were not hassled, but instead felt helped. We could not have asked for a more friendly salesperson, and we want to say how much we appreciate the excellent quality of service and experience to find the exact truck that we had hoped to find for our son!
