The service department does excellent work in a timely manner. One of my repairs was the A/C blower motor and resistor. My aftermarket warranty covers the motor but not the resistor and if the resist manner. One of my repairs was the A/C blower motor and resistor. My aftermarket warranty covers the motor but not the resistor and if the resistor causes the motor to burn out it's not covered either. Eric my adviser explained to them and convinced them that the resistor did not cause the motor to burn out so they agreed to cover the motor saving me almost a thousand dollars. That is going above and beyond. The car is always vacuumed and cleaned inside. The fluids are checked snd topped off. They also wash the car. It is sparkling clean, like a new car. They also provide free shuttle service using either Uber or Lyft. If your car is still under the new car warranty you get a free Cadillac from the onsite rental office. I would take any GM car here whether it was a Cadillac or not. More
