Vera Cadillac - Service Center

On Wednesday night, before a holiday weekend, my check engine light came on. I called early Thursday morning and Conrad Hernandez, my Go-To-Service-Advisor, was able to fit me in right away to run the com engine light came on. Once determined, he found the part in stock, estimated a late afternoon pickup for my vehicle, and sent me home in a courtesy ride. I got a call back a few hours later and I was again picked up and taken back to dealer. Conrad was able to save my holiday weekend as I was planning a last minute trip to the Florida Keys. I appreciate the professionalism of my Service Advisor, the vibe of other satisfied customers, the cleanliness of the service area, and the care that Vera Cadillac takes of my new (to me) 2021 XT5! More
