After putting my vehicle in the service department. For what I was told would take 24 to 48 hours. My car was there for 2 weeks. I get my car back. And what I brought it for was not done. Not only that, I was told that I would have to pay for something that Carlo told me was already there. Just needed to be repaired. I even drove over. And I got a listing of phones that would work. Bought a $700 phone. Drop the car there. And get the car back with no automatic charger, not happy ar all actually a bit upset. Thanks Giovanni, for your courtesy and keeping me updated. Brought my car in for Express Service (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection etc) on a Saturday. When I told Mikell (the service rep) that I was going to wait, he advised me it may take 3 rotation, multipoint inspection etc) on a Saturday. When I told Mikell (the service rep) that I was going to wait, he advised me it may take 3 hours I had arrived around noon and he let me know most of their mechanics were on lunch. (I was expecting an hour or so) He promptly arranged for a shuttle to take me home so I didn’t have to waste the afternoon at the dealership and called me as soon as it was done. I was surprised as I didn’t think they would do that for regular maintenance. My car was ready and waiting when I got there. Always a good experience. More
