I thought it was great that Vera was there for me and took my towed vehicle and assure me it was ok. But the nightmare begin once I got to the dealership. I was quoted for 2300.00 at that was it. When I arrived the total change to 2600 and some change. The manager was very nice and I was allow to go to the bank to get the monies to finish my bill. But the service man was very wrong for charging the price once I got there. I was very hurt by this because I did not know until I got to the cashiers office of the increase. We talk like 2 times and he never mentioned the extra cost. He tried to get me to do other stuff he said the car mite have needed and I told him all I had was the 2300.00 dollars. He told me he sent it the higher bill to me. Never saw a text with that 2600.00 amount. I ask to speak with the manager because it was very upsetting to try to come up with an additional 300.00 dollars. The manager had a bad foot/ leg and I never did get into with him. I hope his foot/leg is better. This was very upsetting to me. Very. I don’t know as a single woman if I will ever come back to your car place again. And it was only because I don’t feel like I can trust the car dealership. He the service never gave me the car test results that he stated he was going g to do. Also the service person said I had a weak battery and I just got a new battery 6 months ago. I’m going to check to see my battery was changed. Because I took a picture of my battery. So all in all I rated the service part of my experience as a bad deal. I feel that I can not trust him about the servicing of my car. The cashier was ok. The manager was very nice. The guy who does loaners for the dealership he was very nice. Again service was wrong and he over charged me without me knowing. I’m very upset about this and I wish someone could do something about that extra 300.00 and send me the results of the test that was done on my car. I didn’t receive that either. But for now no I would not come to your dealership again because of the service issue. Thank you and have a great day. More
